BARD Express can be used to search, download, and transfer audio titles from the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS), Library of Congress, and Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD) websites to your PC. BARD Express is completely accessible to visually impaired individuals. The software is fully functional with JAWS, WindowEyes, and NVDA screen readers. Use of BARD Express is restricted to eligible NLS patrons who have a BARD account.
